Financial assistance for utilities (electricity, water, heating fuels) may be provided to aid families in maintaining safe shelter.  

 

UCM may not be able to pay an entire bill especially if clients owe more than one month of payments or their expenses far exceed their income.

 

Assistance may be given as a conditional commitment where clients pay their portion of of the bill before UCM does.

Payments are mailed directly to the utility company.

9-11am for financial assistance.
